All good. Very prompt and polite responses to questions and the offer made was higher than two other dealers I tried. We agreed the price and deposit arrived in my account quickly and flexible collection arranged a few days later. The remaining funds were instantly transferred on collection. Very honest and straightforward to deal with.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience buying our caravan. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and the seller was incredibly informative, helpful and friendly. As this is our first time owning and towing a caravan, we had lots of questions, but everything was explained clearly and we were made to feel completely at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. The caravan was exactly as described and the whole experience was professional, friendly and stress-free. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a caravan. Excellent service from start to finish — thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Could not have had a better experience in selling my caravan to MPLeisure. Simple, straight forward offer was honoured in full. No time-wasting. At the price the caravan was then put up for sale, it looks to me that the buyers also get a more than fair deal
Was a pleasure to do business with Mike. We were happy with the price he offered for our motorhome and the whole transaction was speedy, stressfree and efficient. Would recommend.
Excellent service, made everything very simple and quick, no fuss, no hassle, would highly recommend thanks
Absolutely first class service from Mike and the team! I spent a whole morning phoning 20 or more firms that advertise promising to give you the "best price guaranteed" for your motorhome...all of which were a complete waste of time. Take my word they are simply not worth bothering with! I then called Mike, and he made me a cash offer over the phone, which I can honestly say was fair and realistic. He then came round the next morning, did a fair appraisal and the deal was agreed there and then. The whole transaction was carried out with incredible speed and efficiency and the cash was in my account quicker than we could boil the kettle! Highly recommended!! ☆☆☆☆☆
Thanks to you Mike and Archie for our “new to us” Caravan, she’s a beauty and we’ll look forward to many happy times spent in her, we’ve already got dates sorted for touring🤣 It was a really great service from the outset of coming to view initially and then collecting the Caravan. Always helpful with any queries, very approachable, very friendly, the whole process was very smooth indeed! We would very easily recommend, MPLeisure Caravan Sales. Thanks very much to you all.
